New sales director appointed by Malcolm West Forklifts

“Malcolm West Forklifts is an award-winning family-run business,” said Managing Director Nick West, “and Emslie embodies our belief in loyalty and good service. Her appointment is well deserved and recognises her value to this company.”
For two decades Emslie (pictured) has served the Humber region and her professionalism, honesty and commitment to service reflects the values and principles of Malcolm West Forklifts.
These qualities have also earned her many loyal customers: “It’s about trust, customer satisfaction and experienced staff who know the products they’re promoting and maintaining,” explains Emslie. “When I go out to a customer I know what I’m selling and I believe in what we can offer our customers,” she says.
“We have purpose-built centres in Hull and Immingham, allowing us to deliver a comprehensive range of high-quality forklift trucks for purchase and short or long-term hire.
“To support these centres, every member of our team of mobile forklift technicians is trained in the repair of all major makes and models. And – because they’re strategically situated throughout the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area – we’re able to provide truly local on-site servicing and inspections and rapid respond to emergency call-outs.
“Our success relies on the way we treat people; it really does make a difference. We have a lot of repeat business and very low staff turnover, and that longevity ensures exceptionally high levels of experience, knowledge and professionalism. In turn, this has enabled our dealership to win a series of Gold Awards from Mitsubishi,” said Emslie.
