AIT Home Delivery, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIT Worldwide Logistics, has been selected by premium mattress manufacturer TEMPUR as its chosen delivery partner for the launch of the brand’s new EASE® range.

The partnership marks another significant win for AIT, underscoring its reputation for reliability, speed, and premium customer experience. TEMPUR turned to AIT to handle direct-to-consumer deliveries for the new collection, which brings TEMPUR’s renowned quality to a wider audience with faster delivery times.

Two person delivery service

AIT’s seamless two-person home delivery service provides customers with a nominated delivery day from just three working days. This includes room-of-choice placement, packaging removal, and optional assembly. Stock is managed by AIT, with inventory held at its Seaham hub and distributed from the nearest depot to ensure fast, flexible fulfilment.

“Being able to offer our new EASE® range with a true two-person, white-glove delivery service has been a key factor in choosing AIT Home Delivery as our partner,” said Manraj Cheema, E-commerce Manager at TEMPUR®.

“Furthermore, with their help we are able to offer fast delivery within 3 days which has never been done before. AIT’s premium service and its ability to deliver across the whole of the UK was a key factor in our selection process. We also wanted reliability, speed and clear customer communications for our new customer base all of which AIT was able to offer as part of their core service.

“We are delighted to be partnering with TEMPUR for this launch,” added Samuel Scott, Sales Director UK and Europe, AIT. “For a product of this calibre, final-mile delivery is everything. Our nationwide reach, speed and premium two-person service are designed to enhance the customer experience.”

AIT Home Delivery operates one of the UK’s most advanced final-mile delivery networks. They offer next-day and nominated-day options, as well as full customer communication, low-emission fleets, and a white-glove approach.
