Gribbin joins from Ofgem where he was Policy Manager and has over 30 years of engineering experience, including more than a decade working at Volvo Group.

As Engineering Policy Lead, Gribbin will be responsible for identifying opportunities to support innovation and regulatory alignment, building strong relationships across the sector, and helping address the unique challenges faced by Logistics UK members.

“Logistics UK has a pivotal position in the sector,” said Gribbin, “and its commitment to innovation, sustainability and industry collaboration aligns with my values and experience. I am excited to be joining the organisation and keen to leverage my technical and policy experience to help enhance operational resilience and support the transition to low-carbon technologies.”

Commenting on Gribbin’s appointment, Michelle Gardner, Deputy Director of Policy at Logistics UK said, “Engineering is a critical area for our members and Arthur’s experience will be invaluable, whether it is advising on vehicle legislation, vehicle safety standards or vehicle innovation. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.”
