MiTek to exhibit at tomorrow’s warehouse event

MiTek, the UK’s leading supplier of mezzanine floors, will exhibit at Tomorrow’s Warehouse for the first time when the event returns to Coventry’s CBS Arena on 8th June.

Tomorrow’s Warehouse is a one-day, free-to-attend conference and exhibition that aims to help logistics professionals tackle operational challenges including lack of warehouse space, skill shortages, throughput bottlenecks and sustainability targets.

“We are excited to be exhibiting at Tomorrow’s Warehouse,” says Nicola Ward, Key Account Manager for MiTek, “and we’re looking forward to meeting past, present and future customers to discuss how our solutions can create much-needed warehouse space, helping companies avoid the expense and distraction of either modifying their existing building or moving to a new facility.”

Most businesses would benefit from having the additional space that a mezzanine solution can provide. Extra room for storage or operations not only increases efficiency, but can also enhance the working environment and thereby help to recruit and retain talent. In addition, with modern warehouses increasingly featuring automation, mezzanines play a vital role in providing strong support structures for automated and robotic intralogistics systems. With the experience from having delivered over 10,000 installations worldwide, MiTek offers customers step-by-step support in the delivery of turnkey solutions, with special expertise in the complex mezzanine designs required for successful integration of automated handling equipment.

“We have supplied mezzanine systems for many well-known brands,” continues Nicola Ward, “including Asda, ASOS, DHL, FedEx, H&M, Next, Pets at Home and Tesco to name just a few, but SMEs can also benefit from our expertise. We take pride in ensuring our mezzanine solutions are future-proof by taking the time to understand each client’s business and predicted growth.”

The MiTek team – including Nicola Ward, Derek Scott and Richard Wilby – will be available on MiTek’s stand at Tomorrow’s Warehouse to answer visitors’ questions and discuss any potential projects.
