CML continues with NVQ success

Lutterworth-based warehouse and logistics expert, Core Management Logistics (CML), is delighted to announce that it has awarded 27 of its Customer Account Management team with a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Customer Service.
As part of CML’s ongoing training and development programme, the employees began their training in May of last year, working with Karnail Singh from Siamo Training. The teams were presented with their NVQ qualification by CML’s Commercial Director, Kerry Delaney and joined by Karnail and their respective Customer Account Managers to celebrate in their success.
The completion of the qualification demonstrates CML’s commitment to living its values and ensuring that it continues providing exceptional levels of customer service across the business. It also shows how CML is working towards achieving a gold accreditation with Investor in Customers (IIC) and testament to the company’s strategy to improve its service offering and why the company was shortlisted as a finalist at last year’s Global Freight Awards in the ‘Customer Care’ category.
Commenting on the NVQ success, Kerry said, “We are proud of our hard-working Customer Account Management teams and their dedication in providing our customers with the highest levels of customer experience. The qualification also ensures that our offering is backed up by highly qualified individuals as part of our dedication to furthering the skills and training of all of our employees for the future”.
CML is a leading provider in third party ecommerce, retail fulfilment, contract logistics and international freight forwarding, offering agile and tailored solutions backed up by an exceptional customer experience.
