Diamond Logistics has secured two bronze awards at the prestigious 2026 eCommerce Awards, reinforcing its position as a technology-led logistics partner for the UK’s rapidly evolving eCommerce sector.

Diamond was recognised in two highly competitive categories, eCommerce Delivery Excellence Award and Best eCommerce Support Business. Held at Hilton London Bankside on 23 September, bringing together leading businesses, innovators and senior figures from across the online retail industry.

The double recognition saw Diamond compete against an impressive field of established eCommerce and logistics names.

The eCommerce Awards recognise “excellence in the world of eCommerce”, celebrating innovative and market-leading initiatives and products in online retail. The awards are independently judged by senior industry figures and take place alongside eCommerce Expo.

For Diamond, the two awards recognise a proposition that brings together logistics technology, fulfilment, delivery and hands-on customer support, providing eCommerce businesses with a single partner capable of managing the journey from warehouse to doorstep.

Technology at the heart of logistics

At the centre of Diamond’s proposition is Despatchlab, its proprietary logistics platform developed to bring together fulfilment, warehouse management, multi-carrier shipping and same-day delivery within one system.

Despatchlab connects eCommerce platforms and marketplaces directly into Diamond’s logistics operation. It allows orders to flow automatically into fulfilment and delivery while giving customers real-time visibility of stock, orders and shipments. The platform integrates with more than 130 marketplaces and platforms, alongside a broad network of carriers and couriers.

Diamond’s wider proposition combines this technology with a footprint of approaching 40 UK network partners. They enable businesses to access local logistics expertise alongside national fulfilment and delivery capability. Customers can scale from a single pallet through to a full warehouse operation. Diamond manage storage, inventory, pick and pack, despatch, returns and delivery.

The result is a deliberately different approach to outsourced logistics: enterprise-level technology combined with local, human support.

Technology and people working together

Daniel Allin, Chief Product and Innovation Officer, Diamond Logistics, said, “We’re absolutely thrilled to come away from the eCommerce Awards with bronze in two categories. To be recognised for both delivery excellence and as an eCommerce support business is particularly significant. It reflects the two things we believe have to work together, great technology and great people.

“The competition was exceptionally strong. To have Diamond recognised alongside some of the biggest and most innovative names in the sector is a real achievement for our team.

“We’ve always believed that eCommerce businesses need more than a courier. They need a logistics partner that understands their operation, their customers and their ambitions and can provide the technology, fulfilment and delivery infrastructure to support them as they grow.

“That’s why we built Despatchlab. It gives our customers visibility and control across their logistics operation. Meanwhile, our people provide the expertise and support behind the technology.

“These awards are a fantastic endorsement of that approach. They belong to everyone across Diamond. Our teams, our service centre network, our technology people and our customers who challenge us every day to keep improving.”

The awards come as the expectations placed on eCommerce businesses continue to rise, with delivery forming a critical part of the customer experience.

The eCommerce Delivery Excellence category recognises logistics providers and technology innovators transforming online shopping logistics. It focuses on improvements in speed, efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Best eCommerce Support Business category recognises organisations helping eCommerce businesses overcome challenges and improve customer experiences.

Both categories therefore closely reflect Diamond’s integrated approach.

An integrated approach to fulfilment

Rather than treating fulfilment, delivery and technology as separate services, Diamond connects them through Despatchlab and its nationwide network. They allow eCommerce businesses to outsource the complexity of logistics while retaining visibility and control.

Despatchlab now supports the operations of more than 1,000 customers. Diamond says the platform has become integral to its ambition to make technology driven logistics accessible to growing eCommerce businesses.

The double bronze win provides further recognition for Diamond’s strategy of combining smart technology, scalable fulfilment and genuinely human customer support. They give eCommerce businesses the infrastructure they need to compete without losing the personal service that matters to them.
