Quoreka Resets Executive Team to Supercharge Customer-Centricity

Quoreka, a leading provider of energy and commodity trading and risk management (E/CTRM) solutions, has announced a strategic reset of its executive leadership team to accelerate growth and innovation across its global operations. As part of this evolution, the company has appointed Hope Best as Chief Customer Officer and Rahul Jain as Chief Technology Officer, signalling a renewed focus on customer-centricity and technology leadership in the E/CTRM space.

As the industry continues to navigate complex challenges, from price volatility and evolving regulatory landscapes to the imperative for digital transformation, Quoreka is aligning its leadership to ensure it remains a dynamic, scalable, and trusted partner to organisations worldwide as it redefines how businesses manage critical resources across agriculture, energy, and metals.

Hope Best Joins as Chief Customer Officer

In her new role, Hope Best will spearhead Quoreka’s commercial and customer success strategy, overseeing the full customer lifecycle with a focus on strengthening client relationships, optimising sales processes, and ensuring long-term value delivery.

In addition to her responsibilities driving customer success across the organisation, Hope leads both the implementation and support teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and an excellent customer experience, with a truly holistic approach. She will ensure every customer is set up for success from the start of the relationship, scoping and implementing solutions correctly and providing reliable, ongoing support that delivers lasting value and an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Hope brings over 25 years of experience with a distinguished career in enterprise software sales, technology, and professional services. Her deep understanding of customer engagement, business management, and revenue growth will be pivotal as Quoreka scales to meet growing demand.

“Having worked with Hope previously, I have experienced firsthand how incredibly talented and tenacious she is,” said Bruce Boytim, CEO of Quoreka. “I’ve seen her in action deploying large enterprise-scale platforms at some of the largest banks in the world with global footprints. I’m confident her deep expertise and customer-first approach make her uniquely qualified to drive our commercial strategy, handle the operations of our entire client lifecycle and ensure we continue to provide exceptional support and value to our clients. The CCO role is new for the organisation and demonstrates Quoreka’s commitment to our clients’ success.”

Rahul Kumar Jain Appointed Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Rahul Jain leads the company’s global technology vision and execution from Quoreka’s technology hub in Bengaluru, India. A seasoned technology leader with more than 25 years of experience, Rahul has been the architect behind Quoreka’s low-code, cloud-native, multi-tenant platform – one that now leverages embedded AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities to deliver secure, enterprise-grade trading solutions.

Rahul’s expertise spans software engineering, DevSecOps, agile transformation, and large-scale system modernisation. He has previously held senior leadership roles at Genpact Headstrong and Tata Consultancy Services, where he led mission-critical technology programmes for global financial institutions and e-commerce giants.

“Rahul is a visionary technologist with a rare ability to align deep engineering expertise with real-world business outcomes. His track record in building scalable, secure, and AI-powered platforms makes him the right CTO at the right time for Quoreka as we drive the next wave of innovation in E/CTRM. With Rahul at the helm of our technology organisation, our customers can expect faster delivery, smarter tools, and a platform that evolves with their needs today and well into the future.”

With these appointments, Quoreka reinforces its commitment to leading the next generation of E/CTRM technology,  one that is intelligent, adaptive, and built around the needs of its customers. By strategically investing in both its people and its platform, Quoreka continues to help its global customers remove uncertainty and manage complexity with precision, even in times of extreme market volatility.
